TASTE THE MEMORIES

The Tien Hoa Inn was a landmark in Kitchener-Waterloo for over 44 years. Serving as one of the area's first Chinese Canadian restaurants, it was the gathering place for families and friends to enjoy a delicious meal while making beautiful memories to last a lifetime.
When it closed its doors in 2004, many patrons were heartbroken. Owner George Lee had chosen to enjoy retirement and family after almost half a century in the restaurant business.
Now 12 years later, George misses the people the most. He is starting an exclusive and intimate series of cooking classes to share his cooking secrets and re-connect with his customers.
During these classes, you'll be able to enjoy the original dishes from the
Tien Hoa Inn that you remember and love.
Learn how to cook them yourself. And hear a few behind-the-scenes stories from George as he leads you down memory lane.
